Christy Roese-Ramp

Club Team

Last Spring, Roese’s husband suggested she get a bike and pull the kids in a trailer. She tried different bikes but scoffed at the idea of a road bike since it didn’t have a kickstand. She decided to give it a try, and kickstand or not, she was hooked after the first push of a pedal. With just a summer of riding, it’s been an enjoyable journey. Roese’s first objective was to ride 51 miles in the Venus de Miles at the end of the summer. Having accomplished that, it’s time to truly learn the sport and establish more demanding goals.
