Barb Parnell

Club Team

Barb’s love for riding began as a child.  Her passion for cycling grew once she moved to Denver and bought her first road bike, in 2003.  She raced as a Cat 4 in 2007 and most recently during the 2012 road season.  During the off-season, Barb likes to do kettlebell strength training, yoga, and cross-country skiing.

Barb has a daughter in high school. She also designs college-level curriculum for a digital education publishing company and teaches online paralegal and criminal justice courses.

Barb is looking forward to another year of racing and the off-season training leading up to it.

Personal Goal: “It’s my goal to train more consistently, continue to learn and implement racing strategies and tactics, and support my teammates in their goals.”
