Anna Suter

Junior, Cat 4 Road, Cat 4 Cyclocross, Cat 3 Track

Anna Suter has been riding since she was four when she left her family in the dust as she mastered her two wheeler.  She is now riding Cat 4 and looks forward to a fast and furious year in 2013. She is a Junior at Evergreen High School and is proud of her 3.4 GPA. Her favorite subjects are English and Algebra. She is recovering from mono but is hoping to be back on the bike in no time! She is an accomplished Junior Handler for the American Kennel Club. In 2009 she went to Cyclocross Nationals and placed 6th overall and in 2011 she went to Track Nationals and placed 13th overall and 3rd in the team sprint.

Personal Goal: “Personal goal To upgrade to a Cat 3 in road  and to be State Champion for Track, TT and crit. Another overriding goal is to go to the Olympics ”

Hobbies: Swimming, showing dogs, singing in schools choir, running, recovering from mono.

Favorite During Race Drink: watered down  Gatorade

Bikes: Trek Road, Blue Track, Redline cyclocross(even though I don’t  really race cyclocross) and a Diamondback MTN

Racing Highlights: Crashing at Track nationals and getting 3rd two days later in the team sprint and getting 2nd at the state crit championships

Rollers or trainer: Trainer to spin legs out, rollers to warm up for track
