Much like Maverick and Goose from Top Gun, Amanda had a need.. a need for speed!  Bike “racing” seemed like a great fit since she 1) had a bike 2) had ridden it a couple of times and 3) likes spinning in circles.  This past year was her inaugural year in this wacky sport and she loved every minute of it… pinky promise!  Making awesome buddies, wearing matching chamois, and learning how to not lose her lunch after time trials was so addicting it looks like she is going to try it again for another season.   This season Amanda hopes to help her teammates achieve their goals and perfect her finishing line salute.

Racing Highlights: Earning a free case of beer after “helping” my teammate win the State Crit Championship
